Nintendo has dominated the gaming console business since 2006 and broke many records with its innovative new idea of a motion sensitive wireless controller. Microsoft announced Project Natal at the E3 2009 and is Microsoft answer to Nintendo's motion sensitive wireless controller.

Nintendo introduced the motion sensitive controller (wiimote) after which Sony included motion sensitivity to PS3 (SIXAXIS), but Microsoft's impressive Natal pushes technology and completely removes the need for a controller. If Sony and Nintendo has to keep up they have to come up with something more impressive or they will be history, similar to countless companies that went head on with Microsoft but later became articles in Wikipedia. Natal is 9 inches wide horizontal bar with a full 3D motion capture camera with facial recognition and also inclues voice recognition. We have to wait till the end of 2010 to see what Sony and Nintendo comes up with. Liongate studios is one of the first to come up with a game (sort of a game) called Milo and Kate. Its demo was shown at E3 2009. Check it out:
